Serving Instruction

1. Add 500 ml of water, add galangal and lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and boil until fragrant.
2. Add the prepared meat and boil until cooked. Add the massaman curry sauce.
3. Add mushrooms, stir well and continue cooking until completely cooked. Sprinkle with coriander and serve.
